|FOUR EXTREME COMPETITION DAMPERS WITH REMOTE RESEVOIR|
Solid 20mm Chrome plated steel shaft.
Black anodised billet alloy fittings.
52mm diameter steel body - bored and honed.
Incorporates the "Halite" seal.
600mm Stainless steel braided hose with stainless swivel fittings.
52mm steel remote reservoir.
Nitrogen gas charged to 200 psi.
|TWO EXTREME REAR SHOCK MOUNTS|
The rear shock absorbers are mounted to the specially constructed remote top shock mountings, which bolt onto the existing mounting points on the chassis.
The lower shock mounting is also an eye which bolts to a purpose made bracket which bolts onto the existing axle bracket mount point - limiting straps are provided for when you want to change a wheel as you cannot buy 6ft Hi-Lift jacks!!
The straps are fitted for no other purpose!! They are quickly fastened & unfastened via an R clip.

These shock mountings bolt onto the original axle mountings and are supplied with all necessary nuts bolts and washers.

|TWO FRONT & TWO REAR SPRING RETENSION BARS|

|TWO EXTREME TURRETS & TURRET RINGS|
The front shock absorbers are bolted to the extended front turrets which are attached to the existing front spring mountings using new turret rings. The lower shock mounting is an eye bolted to a purpose made shock mounting which bolts through the spring plate to the axle.
|TWO EXTREME REAR SPRING SLIDERS|
The spring slider platforms mate perfectly with the nylon spring sliders, which on full axle articulation dislocate and relocate with consummate ease. This system out performs the traditional method of using long variable rate springs or wiring in to prevent dislocation.
The stainless steel slider platforms are bolted to the existing rear top spring platforms via four holes, which have to be drilled. The slider is an interference fit into the top of the coil spring and also has a plate bolted to it as a security measure. The bottom of the coil spring is bolted to the axle with a new heavy duty anodised plate.

|TWO EXTREME REAR TRAILING ARMS|
New trailing arms to cope with the extreme rear travel and articulation achievable with the kit.
Their tubular construction with reinforcing bars ensure that strength is combined with lightness. They can be fitted with metalastic or urethane bushes.
The arms can be shimed to allow the nose of the rear diff to be set parrallel with the transfer box output shaft. This is especially useful if the angle of the rear diff has changed after fitting a lift kit curing any vibration on overrun.
Available for Def 90, 110, 130, RR Classic and Disco 1.

With stainless steel mounting plates, nuts, bolts and washers.

Now included with the Extreme kit and also available seperate for other lifted vehicles.
Cranked and castor corrected to give maximum axle articulation whilst addressing the problem of castor angle and bump steering.
Urethane bushes not included.
|BRAIDED STAINLESS STEEL BRAKE HOSE KIT INCLUDING FITTINGS|
Extreme 4 x 4 Performance Brake Hoses are manufactured from quality stainless steel Teflon brake hose.
Each Hose is finished with a protective PVC cover & finished with quality stainless steel swaged fittings. Some manufactures advertise Stainless Steel kits but use plated mild steel fittings. We only use quality Stainless Steel fittings on our brake hoses.
Each Extreme 4 x 4 Hose has a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects.Made in the UK.
